I remember when I was a kid, my grandmother’s chocolate pudding was my favorite dessert. I loved it so much that I would sometimes eat two or three servings! To this day, this dessert is still my favorite because it is so easy to make. For a slightly healthier version, and for dark chocolate fans like me, you can swap the milk chocolate for dark or semi-sweet chocolate.

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups milk

2 tbsp. sugar 

2 egg yolks 

¾ cup grated milk chocolate, melted in microwave

1 tbsp. butter 

 

Preparation:

  1. Cook for 10 minutes all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. When you are ready to eat it, you can add nuts or fruits on top to taste.
