I am a passionate advocate of physical and mental health and wellness, and I am constantly aware of new trends and recommendations for a balanced diet. I love this delicious recipe made with fresh fruits and vegetables, maple syrup and dairy products made in Canada, as it meets my appetite and nutritional needs. On top of that, with my busy schedule, this recipe is easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of my time. As a side note, for lactose intolerant people like me, you can also use lactose-free feta cheese.
