Health Canada has announced the appointment of Dr. Joyce Boye as Director General, Food Directorate, Health Products and Food Branch, effective August 14, 2023. Dr. Boye was previously with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and has fulfilled a variety of positions in the Science and Technology Branch for over 26 years. She holds a PhD in Food Science with Honours from McGill University.
