The P10 Pooling Committee presented on July 27 at the Canadian Milk Supply Management Committee (CMSMC) meeting a proposed program to respond to market growth opportunities and incentivize dairy processing investment in Canada. The four dairy processing associations provided initial comments and questions on the proposal.
